Dear Kristy,

I thought that a letter would better explain my feelings about the conversation that just took place about the tongue piercing. I told you that I would think about it, and I did, and when I gave you the reasons, you just wanted to hang up.

The tongue piercing has nothing to do with wanting to get to know you as you, or you wanting to get to know me as me. I have not seen you except for eleven minutes since December, and if I went with you to get your tongue pierced, I was allowed a visitation with you. I felt manipulated. If I said yes, you would be my buddy. If I said no, I will never see you. This is how I laid out my decision. These were my thoughts when I took the time to decide because I love you. I really did think of letting you do it, but I had to stand by my own belief’s, and make the proper decision which I as your mother felt was best. I don’t want a dishonest relationship with you. If my decisions happen to make you angry, I don’t want to be abused by you for standing up for my own beliefs. That was what happened in the past. By writing this letter to you, and going by the decision of my own heart, I believe that is best for our relationship. I set boundaries now. Sometimes love is tough love. One day when you have your own child, you will understand that. I put the reasons for letting you get it done first that I thought about, and the no reasons second. Like I said, no matter how hard the truth is. The truth is the truth, and one thing that you do know about me, is that I live by truth and honesty. For me to against my own belief I can’t do. What you choose to do with my decision is your own free will. I love you still the very same. I really do love you. I think that you may see that when I am finished with the yes and no list.

Tongue Piercing

Yes:
I would get to see you, and that I wanted very much. So much that I was willing to compromise all things that I saw right.
I wanted you to have what you wanted, so you knew that I accepted you unconditionally.
If I let you do this, I hoped that you may have really have wanted to come home.
No:
I felt that I would again have no say so in our relationship if I said yes.
It was a power play.
I really hate tongue rings.
I was worried about infection even if it was done right. I talked with several people in the past who had it done, and two regretted it, and two liked it. So, I thought about what my own tongue getting pierced with both sides of the story, and how I would feel to make my decision, and I came up with no.
I thought about the lies, the deceit, and the perjury, that you have committed, and what we have truly gone through because of it. You are not even sorry, nor are you willing to admit what you and others have done. To know me, is to know what we have been through because of it if you are going to use manipulative techniques to get something done that you want.
The lies, the deceit, and the perjury, was so bold that I still believe that you have been threatened by people in positions of power, and that if you do admit to everything, you were threatened that something would happen to someone close to you. Because of the threats, the drive by shooting attempt, and other things that I know to be hard cold facts, I couldn’t say yes if the truth had not come out.
I believe that it is a manipulation done with the aide of an educated Social Worker to make me look unreasonable in the eyes of the court again, when I am not unreasonable.
If I had said yes, I would end up being manipulated into a life of lies, and I would have to everything that you demanded. The officials would have won.
No matter how safe and happy I hear you say you are. I believe that you are not. I believe that you have been forced to behave this way. There is no changing my mind because of hard cold facts that I am aware of.
I believe that instead of sticking with the plan of just a hug, or a movie, and being slapped in the face with a decision like this, and me even having to talk about these things because I didn’t want to, and my having to defend my reasons. This was another attempt by you and Social Workers and all of the others involved to make me react unreasonably because you are so close to my heart. If you were not close to my heart, I would have never stayed in Oroville while I put up with death threats and proven attempts, and the deaths of some people I know because of the original lies, deceit, and manipulation. To let you have the tongue ring would be dishonoring my friend’s lives that have been lost, and the torture and threats that they have gone through because they stood up for the truth also. This was the biggest factor in my decision. Like I said, there is a lot that you don’t know about, and shouldn’t have to know about. The arrangement to ask for a tongue ring, and not just a hug or a movie, I consider direct child abuse to you by those in authority because I am forced to talk about this with you now instead of in a therapy situation.
This piercing is a felony in the State of California. I have to agree with the law because to make a decision at your age that is permanent and disfiguring, you may regret when you go through some known mental changes that will happen with you in the next couple of years. You are you now, but two years from now, you may be very different. I do not want to be a part of your possible regrets in the future.
I believe that you are mentally ill, and to make such a decision while I believe that you are mentally ill, I cannot abide by and say yes.

In conclusion, I have more reasons on the no side of my list than I do on the yes side of my list, and I had to go with a rational thought out decision. I could not go only with my intense desire and want to give you what you want, so my dear child would want to come home, and I could hold you in my arms again. If I had said yes, and you did come home, our relationship would have been the same. I am looking for change in our relationship. Only honesty and truth can abide in a real relationship. It is a court order that I listen to your allegations that I know for a fact are fabricated. Don’t you think that it is your turn to listen to the feelings of your mother, and the facts of what your lies, deceit, and manipulations have put me through? To not have you tell the truth about your actions, I believe is child abuse. It is not making you a viable member of Society, and for me, I remember your values that were sometimes better than my own. Where did those values go when this is continued? I believe that it allows people to be perpetrated against. This means I love you for you. What other parents would want their child home after what you and others have done? I will not hold it against you, and I really do want to drop the past, but you will have to know that the events that have taken place in our lives will forever be engraved in my heart. I just want you home, and I just want to have some good times together Kristy. You asking me to get your tongue pierced under these circumstances is as ridiculous as my expecting you to tell the truth at this moment because of some of the factors I listed above in my no answers.

Now that the nasty part is over, here are some of my goals in my own life, and things that are going on with me.

I have a job as a reporter, and I am excited.
I have several close friends that are true friends. I can’t ever be thankful enough for them being in my life.
I now have documentation about my physical health, and the help I will receive because of that. That is the greatest event.
I have plans in the future of writing, and art that have now come into the realm of not just a dream. I am so looking forward to creating, and of you being a part of that.
I enjoy every moment that I look at dovey wovey, and the reasons you gave her to me, and smile.

Lets plan to go to a movie, or just get a hug from each other like we planned before. Let me know. I love you dearly with all of my heart.

The Story Behind The Picture Of My Daughter's Friend With The Split Tongue On This Blog Site.

Hello,

After the comments and questions about the photo below of my daughter's friend with the split tongue, I posted the place where we found the picture. We borrowed a friend's scanner, and got color copies. We had no working CD Rom for a long time. We could only type documents mostly.

As you can see, Felicia posted this picture herself. We didn't even know that she was a Foster Child. The only thing that we knew was that she was my daughter's friend at school.

The My Space pages were not even known about until after the successful abduction of my daughter took place.

I do call it an abduction because after talking with individual's at the FBI, we were told that it was an abduction because of all the fabricated paperwork without signatures, and other illegalities, and the true events that were disclosed which I will not go into right now.

There was another drive by shooting that took place several days ago because of this, so the information will have to wait. My daughter has no idea of what we have been we have been through.

Felicia's mother contacted us, and I will post that information soon. It is important because Felicia was violated in Foster Care also. The only reason I post her first name is because her name is on the My Space page that was posted.

My daughter has had multiple piercings, dyed hair, cut hair, while in Foster Care. All without my concent. It is against the law for this to be done. All rights of mine have been violated, but Children's Services does not care, and when I brought the problem up with the Foster Agency, the woman snickered over the phone. I could see that it was useless to even speak with these people unless I had to.

This is the first page of my daughter My Space page. She had twenty-five friends, and Children's Services recieved a copy of all of her friend's with written concern's of the friend's that caused us to worry. One friend had instruction's on how to successfully slit their wrists. This was not a concern to Janice Konno, or Lana Wickham McGuire. This is only part of what was ignored. Lana Wickham was the only one to get the pages with the written notes, as I had to hurry to get them to her. I am sure that they are probably disposed of just like the court file that was shredded, and they all pretended the court proceedings never took place including my daughter telling this under oath. When I produced the shredded court case, that was ignored also, and I never got any court documents for that court date. Hello,

I am posting a hand written letter that was given to a store owner, for a meeting with Children's Services for a family placement meeting. All of the court papers that I have had in this case that have been given to me do not have a filed stamp put on them, they are not signed by the Judge, the clerks, and I even had one court file shredded.

For this meeting to be called, and given to a store owner on a hand written note in hopes that I might get it is not legal. It should have been written on letterhead. Also, the meeting took place because Janice Konno had demanded that my daughter be given to my next door neighbor, and I brought in evidence to the meeting to prove that this was not to take place.

Children's Services paid for my neighbor's to move, and had planned to move my daughter there to stay with them on a permenant basis through a forced guardianship.

I will post those things as well.

Andrea Brazell was found on the internet with her breasts showing advertising herself for sex on the internet. The picture with the brick wall etc. in the background matches the description told to us by telephone, and recorded for evidence at a later date by someone we asked to do so for us, is the same description as the picture.

I edited the picture so her breasts are covered somewhat, and I give the web site link with it. This is just the start of the evidence we obtained of the intensional pandering and abduction of my daughter because of the evidence we have against Butte County.

This kind of scenerio has happened to many people. The same tactics. The same information. The same unsigned, unfiled court papers, the same fake jailings, etc.

The FBI told us that this note is not legal, and so did our therapist working with us on this case.

Immunity

We would like to post this for the people visiting our Blog. There has been some reluctance from certain people to become involved in this situation, because they are, in some way, implicated by the evidence. Our goal, is to eliminate those people responsible for these abuses, to children, and families, of the Oroville/Butte County area. To have them removed permanantly from any public office, and all positions of authority. Their prosecution will be at the discretion of Federal authorities. And if any person wishes to step forward, to testify, or with information or evidence pertaining to the victimization of the people of Butte County by persons in positions of authority, we are authorizing and guaranteeing them immunity from prosecution for their testimony. We have already given this guarantee to several persons, including former Social Workers, District Attorney Investigators, and other persons in positions of authority. One of the things we ask is for additional witnesses and evidence in the Murder of Jennifer Hopkins, to go along with the three that we already have. Jen was transporting evidence in our case, video tapes, when she died in her mysterious "accident". But any information or evidence that anyone is able to contribute to the removal from office, and prosecution, of any persons in positions of authority in Butte County are granted and guaranteed immunity from prosecution pertaining to their testimony. Together, we can make a difference.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Numerous people, online, in person, and over the phone, have asked us "If you have so much evidence, then how come they’re (Butte County) still harassing you, hurting kids, and not in Jail"? It’s a good question, but if anyone had taken the time to actually read our Blogs, and pay attention, they would have answered that for themselves.
We have a preponderance of irrefutable evidence, Not only in the current case, Butte County Case # J-31659, but also from our previous investigation, that over 150 persons, in the private sector, and in positions of authority in at least 9 Butte County agencies, have abducted, raped, molested, sodomized, pandered, prostituted, used for pornography, sold into slavery (Trafficking in Humanity), tortured, and murdered, children in the Oroville/Butte County area. Currently, there are 52 other persons, victims, witnesses, former persons of authority, etc, who are waiting not only to bring their additional evidence forward, but to testify and document the heinous and barbaric actions of persons in positions of authority in Butte County. Other than the audio, and video tapes of these persons in positions of authority raping and molesting children, but also documentation, including original court documentation from Contra Costa County, and Siskyou County, of the conviction of a person in a very high position of authority, who was convicted in those counties on charges of child molestation, rape, and the production/distribution of child pornography.
However, the thing that no takes into account, is that every Butte County agency is involved in this. Sheriff’s Deputies, District Attorney Personnel, and Judges. Put that together with the fact that one of the District Attorney Investigators is married to a Sacramento FBI agent, and the chances of justice are very slim. We took this to the FBI, like citizens who are harassed, persecuted, threatened, assaulted, abducted, and murdered would do. They confirmed every suspicion, from the Civil, Constitutional, and Criminal offenses by persons in positions of authority in Butte County, to the fact that our Daughter was abducted, and our property stolen by these criminals. They also made many promises. But since their office is contaminated by Butte County, the GAG order went into effect as soon as our evidence arrived on their desk.
So to answer that question posed by so many, I ask you one : WHO? Just who is it you expect us to report this to? What official agency, that we can reasonably contact, will help us? Because some of the actions of certain County personnel are outright Sedition and Treason, we contacted the DHS on this matter. Their reaction was to hang up, call the Butte County "Badge Gods", believe everything they said, called us back, and told us we should "work" with Butte County on this, because they were doing an "investigation" too. Right, just like the "accident" of Jennifer Hopkins, she was buried "with honors" by the same people who murdered her, because she was bringing us evidence, in the form of several VHS tapes, of persons in positions of authority, within the fire departments. And just who was it, who arrived at the scene Well before it would have been physically possible for them to arrive if they had not been "in the vicinity", couldn’t extract her from the vehicle, even though they had extraction equipment, and couldn’t put out the fire that killed her, even though they were in a FIRE truck? So just who is it we are supposed to report to?
So, in the interest of justice, and common humanity, we are reporting to the only ones who will listen, without prejudice or bias, who have no "vested" interest in the criminal activities of those in positions of authority, and who know what we say is true, because they have experienced it themselves. We are reporting the truth, to YOU. Whether it be WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America, or whether you are sitting in another country, we are reporting this to you. Because unless you are a supporter of the atrocities committed in Auschwitz during the Holocaust, or you are a pedophile who is paying these corrupt officials to be a "client" with these children, or are a brainless conformist, a sheep being lead around by the propaganda spouted by "those in authority", you are the ones who truly matter. Given past circumstances, it is more than reasonable to consider that we are not going to survive our pursuits. To date, there have been seven others who have attempted this. None of them survived. They either ended up in an "accident", a "suicide", an "unsolved homicide", or incarcerated on some fabricated charge, where they died in prison. And since we are not only getting death threats, drive bys, assaulted at our door, and "those in authority" are pursuing their fraudulent case, the outcome, and our survival, looks pretty grim.
But in our documentation, our evidence, our pictures, and our Blogs, YOU, the ones who truly matter, the people, will know the truth. Our Blogs will most probably be our epitaph, and we will someday be commended posthumously. This can’t continue forever. Some day, the People will wake up, and say "NO MORE" to the corruption of Butte County, and every other organization and agency involved in this heinous and barbaric abuse to our children, and our families. CPS will be abolished, and an organization will take it’s place whose intention is to protect children, and reunite families, instead of using the children for their own sick agenda, and declaring them "runaways". An organization not made up of middle aged women, with "abuse issues", who want nothing but to compete with other "Social Workers", to see who can abduct the most children, and torture the innocent families to fulfill some agenda of punishing others for their own abuses. Go ahead, check out the history of these "Social Workers". What you will find, is that 90% of them were victims of abuse, or domestic violence, and they received their degree in "Social Work" because of some resource offered to them through their programs, or welfare, as a way to "Pay Back" their debt to society. Oh Yes, they do some "Paying Back", not as a debt, but as a way to make others suffer. And the Foster "parents"? Of the ones we have documented, just here in Butte County, over half of them have males who are convicted sex offenders (before Megan’s Law), or both parents have multiple convictions for violent offenses, dealing drugs, or other "fine examples" of parenting. And not one of them, even if they have their own kids, is a parent. They are, quite simply, people with kids, not parents. Any time a Social Worker, or Foster "parent", allows a child to do whatever they "want", they are no more a parent than a rabid Pit Bull, and just as destructive. A Parent’s job, duty, obligation, and privilege, is to instill positive values, impose reasonable restrictions and rules, Love and understand the ones that God gave them to caretake for him, and provide for them the things they need. Giving a child everything they "want", no matter how many crimes they commit, is being a "buddy", not a parent.
So, since we have few options for justice, and to save our children from these barbaric criminals, You will be the ones we report to. Perhaps you are in a position to help. Perhaps you know someone who will help. Perhaps you, yourself went through this, found the right tools and resources, and were victorious over the corruption. Or perhaps you can simply pray for us, our family, our Daughter, and all of the children who are victims of this heinous and barbaric corruption. Two things come to mind in this, which go back to the foundation of this great nation, that is not so great any more. The ride of Paul Revere, and his cry "To Arms, To Arms", and Patrick Henry’s words "The Pen is Mightier than the Sword". We oppose violence, and it would resolve nothing. But every human being on this planet has a voice. Our "Arms" are our words, facts, and evidence. And if all people, in one voice, shout unto the ears of those in authority "NO MORE", the walls will be brought down on this corruption and decadence, just as the people circled the city, and brought down the walls with a mighty blast from their trumpets.
Progressively and retaliatorily, the incidents, and days, draw closer. Within the past few weeks, our animals were poisoned and killed, a death threat dropped in our car, and just this past evening, fiver women, and two kids, attacked my wife on our doorstep, the women beating her, and keeping me from responding, while the 9 year old was trying to stab her with an ice pick. The reaction of local law enforcement, like the attitude in New Orleans, was that, since we are just "lesser" people, and low income, a report was taken, but no action. And since these people threatened to return, and they will, when I do defend my family from these aggressors, I will be the one arrested. Then, while I am in Jail on fabricated and falsified charges, which will most probably be dismissed, these people, who will not be hindered in any way, will be free to come back again. We have watched this happen a thousand times. A call is made that people are being threatened or attacked. The cops have to finish their donuts and coffee before they respond. The victims end up using whatever means they have to in order to survive the attack. And when the cops finally do arrive, the victims are arrested, and the criminals walk away. That is a really good way for corrupt agencies to generate revenue and income. And I have already been threatened that I was going to be incarcerated on false charges, that the charges would be of a type that other inmates hate, and before they put me in General Population, with the Life Sentence Felons, and die, they will show me a video of them (including the 300 pound District Attorney "investigator") raping my 16 year old Daughter to death.
So who do we report to? I think we have answered that well enough for anyone with an IQ above 25. It’s not rocket science. We began by reporting to Butte County Officials, the retaliatory actions were to steal our property, abduct our daughter, and illegally condemn our home. Each time we have reported anything, it has resulted in drive bys, threats, animal deaths, assaults, suspended drivers licenses, illegal wire taps of all kinds, vandalism, intimidation, and an assortment of other harassments and persecutions. Even our Blogs result in our computers being hacked, crashed, and other attacks. But until they do kill us, or otherwise disable us from speaking the truth for others to hear, we will persevere, and continue our fight, not just for our own family, but for the children, the victims, and the other familys who are persecuted and destroyed. If there is nothing else that you can think of to do, we can all pray. And there is a miracle born every three seconds. So maybe, just maybe, with the prayers of everyone, and the efforts of those who are able, we can succeed and overcome these barbarians, and gain victory for the human race.

Evidence Concerning the Officials of Butte County

The evidence concerning the officials and agencies of Butte County includes thousands of pages of text information, documentation, statements, depositions, and court testimony. It also includes over 50 VHS video tapes, digital information, such as video clips, and image files, photographs, and 8mm movies. This evidence has been being compiled by the Victims and Witnesses, for over 20 years.
In the current case, #J-31659, and the associated cases, there are 54 individuals, who are prepared to testify, and offer evidence. There were 55 individuals, until the mysterious “accident” which claimed the life of a 25 year old firefighter, who was transporting some of the most current VHS evidence.
There have been 7 other persons, or groups of people, who have tried to bring the truth concerning the heinous and barbaric abuses committed by Officials in Butte County against children. Of those 7, 5 are now dead, one is falsely accused, convicted, and incarcerated, and the other is afraid to leave their own home, even though they moved out of State. The FBI in Sacramento has been notified on every other occasion also, and has made promises to those persons, but as of yet, has made absolutely no attempt to bring justice, or protect the Victims of Butte County.
In this case, the FBI in Sacramento, Civil Rights Squad, Civil Rights Program Manager, was first contacted on December 24th, 2004. That contact continued, with confirmations from numerous FBI agents as to the invalidity of the case being pursued by Butte County, and the illegal and Unconstitutional actions of the Butte County Sheriff, District Attorney, Children’s Services, Sheriff, Code Enforcement, Animal Control, Superior Court, and Foster Care. These Federal agents reassured the Victims in this case that their entire family would be made safe, that their abducted child would be returned, that their stolen property would be returned, and that the Officials responsible for this fraudulent pursuit would be removed from positions of authority, and arrested for the crimes they had committed. The FBI insisted that they would act immediately upon the receipt of even a “shred” of evidence which substantiated any part of their allegations.
In May of this year, the FBI, Civil Rights Squad, Civil Rights Program Manager, in Sacramento California, received a package that, upon shipment, weighed 10.92 pounds. This included over 500 pages of documentation, reports, substantiation, statements, and other irrefutable evidence. It also included one VHS video tape, two computer disks, and one audio tape. The reaction of the FBI was to cut off all communication with the Victims, and take absolutely no action. 10.92 pounds of irrefutable evidence amounts to a lot more than a “shred”.
In June of this year, at an awards ceremony of the Rotary Club, during the ceremony, one of the Butte County District Attorney Investigators in this fraudulent case introduced himself, and his wife, who was a “Federal Employee” at the office of the FBI in Sacramento. In this meeting, there were other City, County, State, and FEDERAL employees and Agents, several from Sacramento. Immediately after this ceremony, it was related that the FBI in Sacramento had been “slapped with a GAG order” concerning our case, because of the persons implicated, including FBI Agents in Sacramento.
The evidence in this case, including testimony from Victims, and participants, video and photographic evidence, and implicating actions committed Under Color of Authority, is a preponderance of irrefutable evidence. That evidence details that persons in positions of authority, and private individuals, in Butte County, especially CPS, Foster Care, the Sheriff’s Department, and District Attorney’s Office, are compliant with, associated with, and participate in, a conspiratory organization commonly known as “The Butte County Porn Ring”. This network of persons in positions of authority in Butte County, and numerous private individuals and organizations, have abducted, raped, molested, sodomized, pandered, prostituted, pornographed, sold into slavery, tortured, and murdered children and victims in the Oroville/Butte County area. The Trafficking in Humanity of children abducted, and declared as “runaways” by, Butte County CPS , and other agencies and organizations, of these abducted children, is documented and substantiated by a preponderance of evidence. There are Cults, and other Internationally known criminal organizations associated with this “ring”.
The fact that not only is every agency in Butte County implicated in this conspiracy, but also the contamination and GAG order of the FBI, makes this case difficult to pursue by the victims. The one’s who are not discredited by local authorities, or incarcerated from fabricated and falsified “evidence” in a fraudulent action, either leave the State in fear, or die, in “accidents”, “suicides”, “gang related slayings”, “drug deals gone bad”, or other forms of demise which are conveniently investigated, and determined, by the persons directly implicated. There is even one known “suicide”, in which the person involved was chopped up with a Machete. If anyone can give a logical explanation of how someone can chop off both of their arms, I would appreciate it.
So, while no one takes responsibility or action, the 3000 children reported as missing in Butte County are still missing. Conveniently, so that no County agency has to take responsibility, and to eliminate the intervention of State and Federal agencies, CPS, and Law Enforcement, simply report the missing children as “runaways”. And there is a preponderance of irrefutable evidence, that numerous Social Workers order children to run away from placement, have them criminally concealed by local Cults, and then remove them from Oroville, without anyone ever knowing. And if they get caught in this action, they deny any knowledge, and the child is simply placed in another Foster Home to be raped, pandered, prostituted, and used in pornography.
Some of the children who were identified, and located, from the 10 Gigabytes of Evidence on a computer belonging to one of the investigators, have completely disappeared, and been declared as “runaways” by Foster Parents and Social Workers, since that computer was stolen by two Butte County Sheriff’s Deputies who refused to identify themselves on December 17th, 2004. The CPS Social Worker also abducted the Daughter of these investigators that night, and this mentally challenged child has been abused, prostituted, and coerced and enticed, until her mental disorders have coalesced into a very notable case of Stockholm Syndrome (Remember Patricia Hearst).
There have been numerous bodies of children discovered throughout this community, who were ritually abused and murdered, had their skin carved with Cult symbols, been raped to death, used for “the hunt”, and other heinous and barbaric abuses and murders. These discoveries were reported, but never officially recorded. There were 5 girls, ranging from about 5 years old, to around 17, who were raped, mutilated, murdered, wrapped in sheets, and their bodies dumped at Bedrock Park, a Tourist Attraction in Oroville. There was no news article, investigation, or official report concerning these victims. A witness who had seen the bodies identified one of them as a girl they knew from School, who was in Foster Care. So in the “cover up” of these heinous crimes, the coroner is also implicated.
The stories told by the young people who were able to survive the victimization of CPS, Foster Care, and other Butte County agencies, are so heinous and barbaric, that the only correlating stories that we have ever heard, were those told by the Holocaust survivors of Auschwitz. Bondage, rape, beastiality, drugs, alcohol, all kinds of inhuman acts committed against children. And the children who “stepped out of line”, or refused to take the drugs they were ordered to, or “became a liability”, were simply fed through a wood chipper, or some other barbaric murder. And regardless of their own implication in these cases, these are children, who are coerced, enticed, and used for the private agendas of those in positions of authority in Butte County.
These are the facts, and the truth, of the evidence concerning the heinous and barbaric acts of persons in positions of authority in Butte County. These are numerous websites and Petitions dedicated to this endeavor. The entire CPS and Foster Care system needs a complete restructurization, and it can begin right here, in Butte County. The 3000 missing children in this county need to be declared as missing, not “runaways, to be written off, forgotten, and never investigated. One such “runaway” was actually found, in another State. This 14 year old girl, with mental disabilities, had been coerced, and taken to Nevada by 21, 46, and 60 year old men. By because she was declared a “runaway”, absolutely nothing was done to these predatory pedophiles. That, is Butte County.
So in order to display this properly, this is a list of the evidence as it stands to date. As we have discovered, by the time this is pursued correctly, the amount of evidence could double. In the onset, there were only a handful of individuals involved, most investigating, and gathering evidence and information independently. But all of them were pursuing the same criminal activity, and have now come together. There is strength in numbers, and the victims, and witnesses, grow every day.

This is the basic evidence to date. The video tapes range from 10, to 60 minute segments of persons in positions of authority in Butte County raping, molesting, and having sexual intercourse with, children ranging from the approximate age of 5 years, up to 16 or 17 years old. The Digital evidence contains the same type of evidence, with clips ranging from 17 seconds, up to nearly three minutes, along with digital images of the same activity, and several thousand images of children who were coerced, drugged, or forced, into posing for pornographic pictures. Over 100 of these children have been positively identified, as have the locations in which the pictures and videos were taken. Of the children who were positively identified, and located, 6 were known to still be in secluded and isolated Foster Homes in Butte County. Since no efforts were made by Federal agencies to intervene in this matter, those 6 children have now disappeared from Foster Care, and been reported as “runaways” by the CPS Workers, and Foster Parents. As the identification of these children was included on the computer stolen by the two Butte County Sheriff’s Deputies, and their conspiring Social Worker, it is logically assumed that these 6 girls, ranging in age from 10, to 16, became a liability, and were summarily eliminated. Or it is possible that the Trafficker known to remove and transport Victims, sold these little girls to one of their customers in the Los Angeles, or Southeast Asia areas that they frequent. The persons documented as being involved in the heinous and barbaric practices of the “Porn Ring”, just in this one instance, case #J-31659, and it’s related cases and fraudulent investigations, are private individuals (including High School Students), High School Teachers, Religious (Cult) Leaders and Administration, Officers, Agents, Employees, representatives, and associates of : Butte County Sheriff, Butte County District Attorney, Butte County Children’s Services, Butte County Superior Court, Butte County Code Enforcement, Butte County Animal Control, Butte County Foster Care, Butte County Probation Department, Butte County Behavioral Health, and other Butte County agencies. There is also documentation implicating numerous Civic Organizations, and Federal Agencies.
There is additional documentation, concerning the arrest, and conviction, of a person in a High Position of Authority in Butte County, for the crimes of Child Molestation, Rape, and Production/Distribution of Child Pornography. These convictions took place before Megan’s Law, so there is no obtainable records, other than the original court documentation, which is what we have. And as this person has a family member who is in a very high position of authority, they were able to not only escape justice, and continue in these activities, but were appointed to a position of authority in Butte County by this relative. The illegal appointments and elections to positions of authority in Butte County are very well documented. Quite simply, if a person with authoritive relatives and influential friends cannot obtain the position they are seeking, either the election is contaminated and falsified, or they are simply appointed to that position by another person, or persons, in positions of authority. This would include Council Members, Board of Supervisor Members, Judges (commissioners), and other very high positions of authority which enable them to completely control the Oroville/Butte County area, including Media Sources.

There is a preponderance of irrefutable evidence to support every accusation and allegation made against the officials of Butte County. Even though some of the witnesses, as in the 6 little girls who are now “runaways”, have conveniently disappeared so they can never testify, the videos themselves tell the story. An official can deny accusations levied by prosecutors, and make numerous excuses for different events, but it is not logical, or even possible, for someone to deny a 45 minute video of them, full face view, and voice, raping and molesting a 10 year old girl. And there are many such tapes, of numerous officials. And no matter how it is excused, there is no such thing as “consensual” sex with a 5 year old, 10 year old, or even a 15 year old, who has numerous mental disabilities, and is documented as being developmentally delayed. That is molestation, rape, and child abuse, no matter what excuses are made.
It is also factually documented that there are absolutely no parents employed by CPS, Foster Care, or any other Butte County agency. This is most profoundly proven by the constant reference in the case of children who have committed felonies, and capitol offenses against their parents, to be removed from the home, and placed in Foster Care, of rewards for their crimes, but not consequences, because that is what the child “wants”. It is a fact, and every real parent will attest to this, that giving a child everything they want, no matter what, has absolutely nothing to do with being a parent. Giving them what they need, and giving them things they want which are reasonable, and obtainable, are the responsibilities of a parent. Rewarding a child for committing 31 felonies, 2 capitol offenses, 9 RICO act crimes, and more misdemeanors than you can shake a stick at, is not a parent, or even a reasonable and rational person. The Daughter referred to in this case not only conspired with 5 other persons to “Set Up” her Step-Father, but also conspired to disable, and ultimately murder her Mother, by putting “Arsenic, Strychnine, Methamphetamine, and an as of yet undetermined poison or toxin” in cookies, roasted chicken, and other foods give to, and prepared expressly for her mother. So not only was there the conspiracy itself, but also the attempted murder. This is documented, through testing of some of the leftover foods, and medical evidence of a gradual increase in poison levels until the fatal amount which coincided exactly with the fraudulent phone call, arrival of the CPS Worker and Deputies, and the theft of the computer. The parents were at the hospital, as had been arranged, the night this all took place, because the Mother was so ill from the poisoning that she could not lift a coffee cup. Had she eaten a whole cookie, which the Daughter, and co-conspirators had made especially for her, instead of the small piece she had, the effect would have been an extremely long and painful death. And the consequence to this mentally disabled child, who had been coerced and enticed by her fellow conspirators, was to get to be put in foster care, violate every rule her parents have, get new clothes, shoes, and “stuff”, and to take weekly trips to the lake, go out on the boat, be given new stereos, and whatever CDs she wanted, enrolled in the School that was completely unacceptable to her parents, and every other reward she wanted. Are those really the proper consequences for someone who was so irrational and unreasonable, and so coerced and enticed by persons in positions of authority, that they planned, conspired, and attempted to murder their own Mother in an excruciatingly painful and drawn out death? Or for the fabrication, falsification, and malicious allegations, of false evidence, and a complete fraud, in order to eliminate their Step-Father?
Since it is well documented that the three Social Workers to date in this case, and the conspiring Deputies, have committed numerous felonies, and Constitutional violations, it is no wonder that they would reward this child for her crimes. As long as she goes along with the pandering and prostitution in the foster home, which profits everyone, and uses the drugs and alcohol supplied to her by the foster parents, she is fulfilling the agenda of the officials. And the fact that she gets drunk and high enough that the foster father, and numerous officials, can have sex with her without her remembering, fulfills another profitable agenda. This, once again, is Butte County.
So we leave it to you, the general public, the parents, victims, and WE THE PEOPLE, to decide if this is what you want to continue for our children, and future. This Blog, and the others which are bookmarked on it, contains the facts, not baseless allegations, and fraudulent cases, like Butte County. There are Petitions also bookmarked, to stop this heinous and barbaric abuse by persons in positions of authority. We know that the CPS/Foster Care system, the whole system, needs to be shut down, and completely restructured. But we have to start somewhere, so why not here? Let the actions taken against the corrupt officials of Butte County be an example, and precedent, for the rest of the Country. As we are currently displaced from our home (illegally), and had to leave our animals behind (3 dogs, 14 cats), while the house was being repaired for the illegal condemnation, we went there every day and fed our animals. The dogs were named Gremlin (a little black Spaniel), Skipper (a Shepherd mix), and Bandit (a Queensland Heeler, Pit mix). Bandit was our “War Dog”, and had defended our property for eight years, being shot, clubbed, and everything else because of the ignorance and intentions of Butte County. He was a survivor, just as we are. During the first week of August, we fed the animals as usual. Two days later we went back (plenty of food and water), and every animal, except for two cats, and Skipper, had been poisoned. There were dead animals lying all over our yard. We have the forensic results from their autopsies, which show that they were poisoned by the same toxin that was used previously, to try to murder the Mother. So, we buried our dead, and continued with our case. About two weeks ago, the first week of September, we found a folded up piece of paper lying in the seat of our car. It was a note, which read “Keep your mouth shut, or the same thing that happened to Bandit will happen to your family”. All of our previous threats, like killing us, killing our daughter, falsely arresting us, raping our daughter to death in the foster home, etc, have been either in person, or by phone. That one small piece of paper verifies and substantiates that everything we have said, and proven, is 100% accurate. They don’t threaten to murder people who aren’t on the right track, have substantiated evidence, and are a threat to their agenda. That is third party verification of the facts. But it didn’t stop us, or even slow us down. The note was independently tested by a forensics lab, including fingerprints, and the results are included in our case. As far as taking it to the “authorities”, why, when they are the ones doing it? We have verification on the identities of two of the people who have already threatened us, and they are Investigators and Officers of the District Attorney’s office. So we continue our fight.

In the first definition of this word, we find that Prejudice is an intentional and malicious violation of someone’s rights, as in Civil, and Constitutional Rights. The Right to Redress, to Equal Protection Under the Law, and the rights guaranteed in the 1st, 4th, and 14th Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America definitely come to mind in this case. Additionally, as the JUDGE in this case, Barbara Roberts, was not aware of any of the important facts in this case, had them before her, and remained intentionally ignorant and biased, is exactly what is stated in definition 2a(2).
It is relatively simple. There has been a preponderance of evidence, including a 187 page declaration (the Judge had this), statements from witnesses before, during, and after the fact, and admissions from the criminals themselves (through computer logs, and e-mails). The fact that there are over ten years of mental health documentation, from numerous mental health professionals, who are qualified to make these diagnosis and determinations, and were not on the payroll of CPS, or working in their own fraudulent interests, who determined that the criminal in this case has ADD, Bi-Polar Disorder, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, is an habitual liar and fabricator, and is permanently disabled as a result of their incapacities and issues.
It is very well documented and substantiated, not only in statements, witnesses, audio and video evidence, but also through medical documentation, that the supposed “victim” in this case, conspired to poison, disable, and ultimately murder her Mother, in order to obtain her selfish and irrational agenda (remember, this person is diagnosed as not being in her right mind at times). It is just as documented that this case itself, in it’s entirety, is the result of this person conspiring to, and fabricating, falsifying, and destroying evidence, in order to perpetuate the fraud. The fact that this mentally ill, 15 year old girl, was enticed, coerced, manipulated, and otherwise influenced, by (1) A 17 year old girl living in the home, who admitted that she came to the home to destroy the family, and bragged about that success after the fact (2) A neighbor, who coerced the girl into performing in a sexual orgy with her 21 year old pedophile brother, recorded this, used it to blackmail the girl, and helped her not only try to get rid of her mother, but set up her step-father, so that the neighbor could gain custody of the girl, as a sex toy for her brother, and for the extra $600.00 per month from the girl’s SSI (3) A corrupt Social Worker, who made contact with this neighbor 3 months prior to the incident, and had coerced and enticed both of the girls involved, so that she could gain access to the incriminating evidence these parents had concerning her directly, and other County officials (4) Two Deputies, who refused to identify themselves, and had been coordinating with the Social Worker, as they were also directly implicated by this evidence, and with the assistance of the girl, were able to commit Grand Theft, and take what they thought was all of the evidence against them (5) at least 7 other minors who conspired with this girl, and had helped her previously to commit a fraudulent criminal action in order to gain her objectives, to commit these crimes, does not excuse the incriminating actions of persons since this fraud was perpetrated.
There are additional persons involved, before, during, and after the fact. The current foster “parent”, who had made plans for this girl with the Corrupt Social Workers involved in the case, prior to the girl even being abducted from her home (as per statements of former foster children in this foster “home”). The Cult leader of the local Cult who not only helped the Social Worker order the girl to run away from placement, but also Criminally Concealed the child while arrangements were being made to make her “disappear”, but also has “very private and personal” conversations with the girl. As a note, the lesbian daughter of this Cult leader shared her bed with the girl during this criminal concealment.
The fact that this girl, with the help of her conspirators, fabricated and falsified a fraudulent incident with one of her teachers prior to this incident, in order to gain a selfish objective, not only substantiates her conspiratory nature, but also that fabricating sexually based allegations is histrionic of her, and that she will eliminate anyone who opposes her selfish whims and agendas. This teacher nearly lost his Job, Reputation, and Freedom, because this girl had failed his class, and because of that failure, would have to leave an extracurricular activity that she liked. The furor that her false and fraudulent allegations against this teacher created enabled her to succeed in her selfish and fraudulent agenda. She still plays drums, and everyone is either afraid to object, or doesn’t care that this girls nearly killed a teacher to get what she wanted.
The “Equal Protection Under the Law” does not apply in Butte County. And the “Failure to Protect” that they like to throw around on parents that they are prejudiced against doesn’t apply to conspiring and murderous children. The fraudulent case that the District Attorney, Sheriff, and others are pursuing, that they KNOW to be a fraud, is just an excuse to embezzle more Government funds for their frivolous and prejudice agenda. They have not even considered pursuing the fact that this girl tried to murder her mother, or that the supposed “evidence” was entirely fabricated by her. This would not fit into their prejudiced, conspiratory, and communist agenda. It is easier for them to pursue the fraud, because they can fabricate the evidence they need. And just as this mentally ill girl predicted, she is being rewarded and praised for committing criminal offenses by the corrupt and conspiratory County officials. She stated that she would commit crimes to gain her agenda, and that she would be rewarded for being a criminal by CPS. Both are facts.
Of course, given the volumes of evidence involved which implicate County officials, and the crimes committed, there is no wonder that Butte County officials will lie, cheat, and steal, to keep this girl in custody as a bargaining tool, keep twisting her already imbalanced mind, and pursuing the fraud against the parents. The abduction, rape, molestation, sodomy, pandering, prostitution, pornography, sales, and murder of children in this community are some pretty heinous and barbaric acts. The adage of “one picture speaks a thousand words” definitely applies to this case. The evidence which was stolen by the Deputies, and the District Attorney “investigators”, is over 8 Gigabytes of information, obtained from perverted County officials off of the internet, and includes not only pictures, but also half hour videos, of numerous County officials, raping and molesting children who are abducted by CPS, placed in foster “care”, reported as “runaways”, and never seen again. The procedure for this is simple : one Social Worker abducts the child, another orders the child to run away, the Cult leader, his daughter, or a foster “parent” offers “safety” to the child, and they are declared a “runaway”. Then, in these secluded and isolated foster homes (Brothels), they are raped, pandered, prostituted, and used for pornography (in the current case, through 7 hidden cameras which record the foster children fulfilling their prostitution obligations).
So we have two cases to consider here. One, is a complete fraud, admitted fraud, which was committed by persons who are documented, and histrionic, as conspiring to commit fraud, fabricate evidence, commit perjury, and numerous other crimes. And the persons involved in that case not only conspired to create that fraud, but also conspired to, and attempted to murder someone. The second case, is a documented, substantiated, irrefutable case, which includes hundreds of witnesses to the facts before, during, and after the case, forensic and medical documentation, video and audio evidence, admissions from the criminals, testimony with former conspirators who have exchanged testimony for immunity, and a preponderance of facts and evidence. The case that Butte County chooses to pursue is the first one. It is based on a conspiracy, admittedly fabricated, falsified, and manipulated “evidence”, arranged actions, and criminal offenses, as the “foundation”. The case that is not pursued, or even considered, is based on substantiated facts and evidence, including statements from witnesses, statements from the criminals themselves admitting their crimes, ten years of substantiating documentation on the girls propensity for fabrication, falsification, and lies, including the incident with the teacher.
So Prejudice is a correct determination. The parents involved here operate an outreach Ministry, as the Pastor, and Assistant Pastor. They have been subject to religious persecution by County officials at times because they “help the wrong people, and we’re (county officials) teaching them who they should help, and not help”. Their income range is also a factor, low income, both disabled. The fact that the Judge made judgments concerning this family, and didn’t even know who was involved, is the epitome of the word Prejudice. Because no one was interested in the truth, including the Judge, prosecutor, etc, these people were ordered to never file anything in the court recorders office again, because the 187 page declaration contained too much evidence for them to consider. So not only was that prejudice, but also denied the Right to Redress. These people have been attacked, their property stolen, home invaded, had their daughter abducted, been falsely accused, and false evidence fabricated, been intentionally and malicious poisoned (the mother), been harassed by County officials, their lives, and daughter threatened, had attempted drive by shootings, had threatening notes dropped in their car, their animals poisoned and killed, had false and fraudulent charges suggested by numerous officials, and have lived under terrorist rule for over 7 months. Their home was illegally condemned, and then sold. And their daughter, the one who conspired, and tried to murder her mother, falsify, fabricate, and modify “evidence” on their computers so the Social Worker and implicated Deputies could steal them, now suffers not only from her previous mental illnesses, but also a very prominent case of Stockholm Syndrome (made famous by Patricia Hearst), has cut and dyed her hair in the foster “home” in an attempt to disguise the drugs and alcohol being supplied by the foster “parents”, has multiple piercings and tattoos (one of the broken rules of her parents), and because of her prostitution in the Brothel mistakenly called a foster home, was intentionally infected with the AIDS virus on May 1st, 2005, by a boy that the foster “parents” had arranged to have unprotected sexual intercourse with her after she had been given enough drugs and alcohol to succeed in this act. It was her 16th birthday. So the “Equal Protection Under the Law”, does not exist in Butte County.
The multiple Capitol Crimes, Felonies, and RICO act crimes committed in this case, were not committed by the targets of the corrupt Butte County officials, they were committed against them. These two parents have been victimized not only by a daughter who will do whatever she wants, including murder, to gain her agenda, and will be rewarded for her crimes by the corrupt County officials in the case, but also by the eight Butte County agencies who are documented as having attacked, harassed, and threatened them. The relatively minor case created by their investigation and evidence which was stolen by the Deputies, and Social Worker, criminally implicated 17 persons, and 3 Butte County agencies in the heinous and barbaric abuses to children. But because one implicated Social Worker, and two implicated Deputies, decided to attack these people, through grand theft, and the coercion, enticement, manipulation, and abduction of their mentally ill daughter, has exposed this investigation to a much larger case. There are 52 other persons who have the same type of evidence of the heinous and barbaric crimes being committed against the children of this community. There are now 9 Butte County agencies who have, by their conspiratory, prejudicial, biased, and fraudulent actions, implicated themselves in those crimes. There are now over 150 individuals, scattered throughout these agencies, and in the private sector, who are directly implicated as a result of the continued persecution. And some of the former victims of CPS, foster care, and the rape, molestation, prostitution, and pornography of Butte County officials, have stories about their abuse by these agencies and agents which are only rivaled by the stories told by the victims of Auschwitz.
One story in particular exemplifies the heinous and barbaric abuse of these Butte County officials, and their conspirators. A 12 year old girl, who was tied up and raped by a 300 pound man, as was normal in her foster “home”, died as a result, wouldn’t fit into the garbage bag intended to carry her out for disposal, so was cut in half with a bow saw so she would fit. This story was related by the best friend of this 12 year old, who was also 12 at the time, and witnessed this because she was tied up on the bed next to her friend. This 300 pound pedophile, who just happens to be one of the District Attorney “investigators” in the fraudulent case, had paid for both girls. This girl only survived because her friend died. But, of course, as usual, this girl is discredited by officials in Butte County due to “mental problems”. In the words of Will Smith, “Ya Think?”.
Finally, there comes the simple fact of statistics. On June 1st, 2005, in the current “War on Terrorism” taking place in the middle east, there are right around 1100 Soldiers, who are either reported as Missing in Action (MIA), or Killed in Action (KIA), as a result of that conflict. On June 1st, 2005, in Butte County California, there are over 3000 missing children, reported by CPS, Foster Care, and Sheriff’s Deputies, as “runaways”. But these MIAs are children, not soldiers. And since we know how Social Workers, and Foster Parents, arrange for children to be “runaways”, we know the truth. And be designating these children as “runaways”, no County agency has to take any responsibility, and no one cares, or looks for them. So these children, from the ages of about 6, on up to the age of the girl involved in this case, 16, simply disappear, are reported as runaways, and never seen again, unless someone stumbles across the pictures or videos of them being raped, molested, or used for pornography, by Butte County officials. A few survive, and have stories that will curl your hair. But these are inducted into drugs and alcohol by the foster “parents”(just like the girl in this case), either have preexisting mental issues (like the girl in this case), or are completely discredited by fraudulent allegations by County officials (like the parents in this case).
In all of this, these people were advised to take their case to the “Feds”, or the Media. They have done both. The result, more retaliatory actions by Butte County, more threats, more animal deaths, and more stories brought to them concerning their daughter. They contacted the FBI, and through over a month of phone conversations, not only had it confirmed by Federal authorities that they were correct, their daughter was abducted, that County officials had committed Federal offenses, and that the case being pursued by Butte County was a complete fraud, but were also made numerous promises, including that their daughter would be extracted, and placed in the inpatient facility that mental health professionals had determined she needed to regain rationality and reason, that they would be Federally protected from Butte County, that the implicated officials would be immediately suspended from their positions of authority, detained, and prosecuted, that their stolen property returned, and many other promises. The FBI, in Sacramento California confirmed the fraud, and the crimes committed by officials, and made the promises, contingent upon these parents supplying them with even a “shred” of evidence on any part of the case. When the FBI received the 10.90 pounds of documentation and evidence, including over 500 pages of documentation, video and audio tapes, and computer disks of evidence, they stopped contact. And when it was discovered that one of the FBI agents in Sacramento just happens to be married to one of the District Attorney Investigators in this case, who is directly implicated, it was not difficult to understand why the FBI Civil Rights Squad, Civil Rights Program Manager, was slapped with a GAG order on the case.
What started as a petty little Butte County case, against 17 individuals, and 3 agencies, has now, because of the conspiratory, fraudulent, and prejudiced actions of everyone involved, escalated into a case which directly implicates at least 8 agencies, over 150 people, and is now documented in Butte County, the State of California, the United States of America, and Interpol and all of its associated countries. This is now an international matter. All this, because a corrupt Social Worker, and two corrupt cops, didn’t want the evidence being brought to light, and them getting caught with their “pants down”, literally. In them coercing and twisting this little girl in order to obtain the evidence against them, they implicated everyone else. Had it not been for their criminal actions, and the abduction of this girl, the investigation would have completed as planned, been submitted, a few people would have been fired, maybe prosecuted, and that would have been about the end of the story. But now the truth, the WHOLE truth, is exposed.
Many people have disappeared and died since this began, on December 17th, 2004, in Oroville California. That was the day they criminally trespassed on the property, unlawfully entered the home, committed the grand theft, and abducted the girl. They tried to cover things up by placing the girl with the neighbor the following day (the same neighbor described above). That, in itself, documents the fraud. Since when did CPS take the two girls out of a home, leave the boys behind, and place one of the girls the following day with the next door neighbor, who is NOT a foster parent, or even a good parent, since she has multiple CPS cases. But people have died. Some of the children who were identified in the pictures from the Butte County server have since disappeared from foster care, and been reported as “runaways”. Some have been found dead, ritually mutilated, or the victims of an “accident or suicide”. Kind of like the guy who was chopped up in pieces, and determined to be a suicide. And there have been other investigators in the case, bringing evidence, who were killed in “single car accidents on secluded roads”. Shades of Karen Silkwood in that. One little girl, a 25 year old firefighter, who was transporting evidence in this investigation, was killed in an “accident” on a secluded road. Funny thing about that. The fire department, which is at least 20 minutes from that location, was on scene within five minutes. But then, they couldn’t extract her in time, or extinguish the fire which killed her. And just who was it she had acquired evidence against?
So we have determined numerous things by simple deductive reasoning. The officials of Butte County California can do anything they want to do with complete impunity, because they are directly involved with the Federal agency which would investigate them. A mentally ill 15 year old girl can commit numerous Felonies, Capitol offenses, and RICO act crimes, with the coercion and enticement of Butte County officials, and be rewarded for her actions. 3000 children can be abducted, raped, molested, pandered, prostituted, sold into slavery, used for pornography, murdered, mutilated, raped to death, and completely discredited if they survive their abuse, and no one cares, because they are “just runaways”. That is the reality, and the truth, of the Communist and Terrorist Cell known as Butte County Administration and Government. The “War on Terrorism” isn’t something we sit back and watch on the evening news. It is right here, in your own back yard, and the MIAs aren’t soldiers, they are our children.

The “mysterious” or “accidental” deaths, including that of Jennifer Hopkins, or the “suicides” of people who oppose Butte County, are a matter of record. And all of these people have been, or are in, opposition to some type of Butte County agenda.The word “systematic” refers to an action that is calculated to continue in a certain direction, until all of the opposition is eliminated. Butte County has, and is, systematically eliminating every person who opposes, or has evidence to oppose, what is commonly called the “Butte County Porn Ring”. The video disappears, the person who had it is falsely accused and discredited, and the molester walks free. There have been seven groups of people who have tried to bring the “porn ring” to justice. They are all now either dead, or terrorized into being a prisoner in their own home.While the world focus’ on the 1100 soldiers who are killed, or missing in action in the War on Terrorism, or the countless victims of Hurricane Katrina, no one has the time to consider the 3000 missing children in Butte County, who are tossed aside and forgotten, because CPS and the cops excuse any interest or action by labeling these victims as “runaways”. And since it is documented that Social Workers order children to run away, and have these kids criminally concealed in a Cult until they can be removed from the area, we know what is really going on with these “runaways”. 3000 children. Not soldiers. Not Hurricane Victims. But just children, little kids, taken from their homes, put into foster “care” with pedophiles, rapists, and pornographers, with no escape, or help. If they report their rapes and abuse to authorities, they are fed drugs, and determined to be non credible, for one reason or another. Or, they simply disappear, are labeled as a runaway, and are never seen again. Never seen that is, unless you consider the 8 gigabytes of evidence, that was discovered on a server located in Magalia California, that was registered as belonging to Butte County. This evidence was gathered and recorded by two Investigative and Mandated Reporters, who just happened to not only be parents who Loved their Kids, but people who helped anyone in need throughout the community, and did everything they could for the Kids. No pats on the back, like local Cults, just people who cared, and helped. They had compiled a very detailed report for Federal Authorities on their computer concerning Butte County. But on December 17th, 2004, that computer was stolen by Butte County Sheriff’s Deputies. At the same time, a Social Worker also abducted the 15 year old Daughter of these people, used the girl's mental health problems to coerce and entice her, and effectively created a highly documented instance of Stockholm Syndrome (Remember Patricia Hearst?). Within a week of that theft, the server went offline, disappeared from the net. About a week after that, the building containing the server burned to the ground mysteriously, conveniently destroying any other evidence, except for the 8 gigs on the stolen computer.
